Any color prints sent by the client will be taken as
a reference and not as a color proof. The printed color may
vary 5% depending on the type of the paper and print.
Register may vary in one line approximately.
- Advertiser is liable for meeting specs and accepts
liability if specs are not met.
- We encourage advertisers to use prepress professionals and
to verify quality of materials prior to shipment.
- Advertiser assumes full responsibility for errors or reproduction
problems of any material received after rate-card closing date.
- When change of copy is not received by the closing date, copy
ran in previous issue will be inserted.
Specifications for digital files
1. Identify files with the name of the publication,
issue number and name of the client.
2. Open file or PDF with incrusted texts.
3. Photos in high resolution 300 DPI; printing size, in CMYK,
in EPS or TIFF format.
4. Include registry centers and crop lines.
5. Fonts and / or texts converted to paths.
6. Color texts and backgrounds in CMYK and not spot or direct.
7. Send a color print reference. Accepted color prints are matchprints
or cromaline.
8. Ads on facing pages in which text reaches the magazine centerfold
(gutter) must maintain a safety margin of 0.19" or 0.5
cm on each side.

FTP EXPANSION will appear on the screen.
In the opening window type the username and password corresponding
to the magazine, press Login, press Examine and select the
file to be uploaded to the FTP site.
